Our client is looking for someone who has strong in Application Support. One should have experience in Groovy, Release Management.

Responsibilities

1. Provide online application, product configuration and batch support
2. Publish daily readiness report to stakeholders
3. Analyze issues received by incident management portal and provide clarification, solution and workarounds for them

1. Communicating SEV1 issues and upcoming production outage notifications to operations management leadership and respective groups

1. Coordinating with third party vendors and other application owners as and when needed
2. Operational checks (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) as per the IT process guidelines

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems or related field

1. Understanding of any CCM tools for Document generation and management
2. Programming skills with scripting language like Groovy
3. Well versed in API Technologies –REST/JSON and SOAP/XML, and tools like Splunk, Postman, SoapUI etc.
4. Good understanding of relational database concepts, Oracle PL/SQL
5. Must have Level 2 and Level 3 App Support experience on Java technology
