You can choose to transfer the remaining value for your Air Canada Book a Flight fare and other related services to the Flight Voucher by Air Canada. This Voucher does not have a validity period so you can rest assured. You can choose to wholly transfer the voucher or use it multiple times.
Aeroplan Miles
This can help you to convert your leftover fare value after excluding the taxes of every passenger’s ticket and other additional services and transfer them into Air Canada’s Aeroplan Miles. You can receive additional award miles of 6.5% with this.
- If you have a nonrefundable fare ticket, make sure that according to the government rules and regulations, if a non-refundable ticket is cancelled during the COVID-19 or other validatory reasons which are not in the Air Canada Airline’s Control and thus are not eligible for a refund.
- If you purchased a non-refundable flight ticket, you can choose to return the remaining fare value of all the flight tickets to the original form of payment method and enjoy the royalty.
In order to cancel your non-refundable Air Canada flight ticket, you have to pay a $200 cancellation charge and the remaining fare will be given to you as a travel credit which you can use in the future for rebooking the flights.
